When I said then I would need to call some other companies since that feature was extremely important for us, she responded “well all companies are alike and do the same thing so go ahead!” WOW. When asked about the issue of 2 falls and no alert activations, her response included “even with hard falls you may have to push the button”. From the beginning the supervisor Asia was brusque, rude and dismissive. When calling about this the worker checked the signal and was helpful but had no answer and had to refer to a supervisor. We were also never notified of this change! She just fell two days in a row (hard falls) and the necklace did not go off. NOW we have been told that we will not be notified unless EMS is called or if she presses her button (which is an issue since she gets confused.).
